starting out!

Well I decided to join weight watchers last friday - 11th July because i seem to be getting bigger and bigger and i refuse to go from a size 18 to a 20 which is a real danger! :-(
i joined ww online at £9.99 per month and i think it's great! you have to weigh yourself but besides that it's really helpful, it counts points for you and gives you loads of recipe ideas.
