As a laugh earlier, me and my sister - who is 5'6" and 7st 7 approx! deciced to work out how mant points she uses in an average day.
OH MY BL**DY GOD!
She worked out to use something silly like 54 points on an average day and i think that is so unfair as i had chinese last week and put on 1.5lbs!
It just goes to show metabolism is everything!!! :-(
