Because I am a bit of a chinese monster I decided to have one this weekend for a treat!
Reading all the messages on ww I thought it would be good to weigh myself this morning so if the chinese does some damage I would know and it would make me be more carefull in future. (Yeah right!) So even though i dont usually weigh until monday i did it - naked and before breakfast - and was astonished to find I am 15st 8lb!!!!! just in case you don't see the significance:
Starting weight last friday 16st 4lb
First weighing monday 16st
Today - Saturday(4 days later) 15 st 8 lb
As you can probably tell I am bl**dy well chuffed with myself!
