I know....it's been ages since I wrote on here!
Spent last week in Norfolk in a caravan with the kids and Al and it was fantastic!!!
got up at half six every other day and did a 10 - 15 min jog then a 40 - 60 min walk on the beach and even did 30 min sea swimming as well as a couple of sessions in the baths! - How is that for dedication? LOL!
Was a bit worried at first as we went on Sat morning and my WI was the monday after so i took my scales - and (I can still hardly believe it) but i lost 7lb - most i have ever lost in a week, then on the WI after I got home I thought, here we go this will be bad - time of the month, fish and chips, ice cream and a chinese on hol cannot be good! but i had lost another 2lb!!!
Feeling great and can now fit into my old stuff from 3 years ago!
So, now after 2 successful weeks I am flagging a bit, feel myself getting a bit cocky and am having wedges and a slice or two of pizza from the take away. Thos week I am 14st 9lb so watch this space - as I may be on here on Monday moaning about a gain!!!!
